| We are the Central Coast Paranormal Investigators, the most extreme, professional and dedicated paranormal research team in the field of paranormal research. With 20 years of combined paranormal research experience, we will get you the answers you are looking for. Founded in 2007 by Nipomo native Mitch Flores after having acouple of unexplainable experiences of his own, he sought out the help from fellow team members Investigator/Evidence Analysis Micah Watkins, Tech Engineer/Evidence Analysis Rob Burr, and Investigator/Evidence Analysis Helena Leathers form to create the first and only paranormal research team on the Central Coast. We do not charge for our services and donations are accepted but not expected. If you live outside the Central Coast a traveling fee may apply for fuel and possible hotel stay.
