When P.R.O.O.F is called into a potential case we are entrusted with private information and the confidence that our services are provided in secrecy. P.R.O.O.F takes confidentiality very seriously and will not withstand any violations from anyone affiliated with our organization. A confidentiality agreement is made upon the client?s discretion and may be revoked by the client at any time without cause or clause.

Teamwork:

Members of P.R.O.O.F maintain professionalism on investigations and cooperatively work together as a team ensuring safety from the time we walk-in to the time we depart.

24 Hour Help:

Our Organization provides at no cost to our clients a 24hr emergency helpline, wherein P.R.O.O.F investigators and consultants are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet your every paranormal need.

Self Management:

Following the completion of a full-scale investigation P.R.O.O.F provides clients with a detailed report enlisting additional resources and assistance from other physical research societies, thus to further their search of unresolved concerns.

Temporary Relocation Protocol (TRP)

Because of the seriousness of investigation and the potential threats that an investigation may pose, P.R.O.O.F requires that all children be temporarily removed from the dwelling pending conclusion of the investigation. If need be P.R.O.O.F will provide the family with a hotel voucher at a locale near the home and any living essentials the family may require (i.e. food, bathing etc).

Technology:

P.R.O.O.F utilizes high tech and advanced equipment (i.e. inferred surveillance, 24hr monitoring equipment, digital and dialog recorders, thermal imagery, motion sensing cameras and alarms etc).

Education:

Members of P.R.O.O.F provide clients and consumers with educational courses and lectures to further the interest and/or concern of the general public.

Reveals:

P.R.O.O.F provides the family with a reveal. Reveals assist the family in knowing what exactly, if anything inhabits their home.

Travel:

P.R.O.O.F investigators travel eight (8) hours or 400 miles from both Connecticut and New-York. Our travel and expenses are covered by P.R.O.O..

Guidance and Counseling:

P.R.O.O.F Founder and Executive Director will provide guidance and counseling, this to include referrals for the children and families effected by the paranormal.
