| NPIS believes that with the right knowledge and informed use of technology in the field, we are able to document paranormal data efficiently and effectively. We use the information we collect to answer questions, learn about history and as a means of basic communication with the paranormal. NPIS also believes that with the right combination of scientific equipment and methods of investigating, along with knowledge and persistence, we can eventually discover a way to break the barriers to the unknown and be able to communicate with the paranormal at a higher percentage rate than what currently exists. | |
