| Appalachian Paranormal Explorations (APEX) uses a variety of techniques to investigate the paranormal. We use proven methods as well as new technologies and we are always willing to try something new. We are made up of three (3) full-time members and three (3) reserve investigators. We conduct investigations of high profile areas that are reported to have paranormal activity, and we specialize in investigations of privately owned businesses and/or residences. We can and will keep private investigations confidential upon request. APEX is not "legally" classified as a non-profit organization, but we are not for profit. The cost of our equipment and operating expenses come out of our own pockets and we DO NOT charge for any kind of investigation. We will, however, graciously accept any donations that are offered to us as they are a tremendous help to our ability to continue doing what we do in searching for the truth about the unexplained.
